August 30, August 31, and Labor Day, September 1, 2008, at Guerber Park in Eagle Idaho ...it's coming soon!!! Free admission with donation of non-parishable food item, benefiting the Idaho Food Bank! $2.00 General Admission / Kids 12 and Under Free! Idaho's first sanctioned BBQ Cook-Off of 2008, with Rib Cookers coming from several different states. The KCBS (Kansas City Barbeque Society) will conduct a professional contest with KCBS approved judges determining the winners of nearly $10,000 in cash and prizes. This event will include Live Music on both Saturday and Sunday, the Hayden Beverage Beer and Wine Garden, Idaho's Home Grown Potatoes, the safe and friendly Pepsi Kids Zone, some of the Best BBQ Ribs, Chicken, Pork and Brisket you'll ever taste, Classic Cars and Bikes, Charity Booths, Vendors, Displays, and Retailers, and to kick it all off on Saturday morning at 6:30 am, a Hot Air Balloon launch sure to bring a smile to all!
